Development of equipment for sterilization units - II

Within the framework of the public procurement procedure for the tender titled "Development of equipment for sterilization units in the Békés County Central Hospital within the ROHU00626 project - II.", financed by the Interreg VI-A Romania-Hungary support system, submitted by the Békés County Central Hospital (contracting authority), with the identifier ROHU00626 - "Innovative Surgical Unit and Emergency Hospitals in Arad and Békés counties", the procurement of 1 pc - formaldehyde/autoclave combined machine with a capacity of 6 STE, pass-through type, for sterilization equipment, through a purchase agreement. The tenderer is obliged to deliver the equipment, install it on-site (including any necessary modifications), commission it, and train the operating personnel on its use. COMMISSIONING - TRIAL OPERATION - TRAINING The scope of the winning tenderer includes the delivery of the device to the site, commissioning of the new equipment, training of users for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 hours, and a trial operation period of 5 working days, as well as ensuring service support with a technician fluent in Hungarian (or with a Hungarian interpreter if the specialist is not Hungarian-speaking). The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the 5-working-day trial operation will be considered satisfactory if the microbiological efficiency test result is "satisfactory". A protocol must be drawn up regarding the commissioning and training. The training must include the assembly of the device, its installation, proper use, and cleaning. The duration of the training is a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours. The training must be conducted at the delivery and commissioning site for a maximum of 5 participants delegated by the hospital. WARRANTY A minimum of 12 months warranty is required for the device from the date of commissioning. The contracting authority will separately evaluate offers for extended warranty during the procedure. In case of offering extended warranty, the tenderer must consider that the equipment is subject to mandatory inspection every 36 months, which is part of the warranty if it reaches 36 months. Throughout the entire warranty period, the Seller must provide full warranty service and maintenance from the date of commissioning. In case of documented notification of a fault (e-mail, phone call, fax), the authorized service must commence fault rectification as a priority within 24 (twenty-four) hours on weekdays between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, and within 72 (seventy-two) hours outside these hours, following the notification. The Seller must ensure the maintenance of the device according to the manufacturer's specifications for the entire duration of the agreed warranty period, which includes regular inspections for safe operation, replacement of parts as needed during operation, and preparation of a maintenance log. By manufacturer's maintenance, the buyer understands the preceding service activity that ensures the proper and safe operation of the device and includes the cost of call-out, labor, materials used, and the cost of repair or replacement of consumables and wear parts. The Seller must always fulfill the warranty obligation at the given site, meaning the Buyer cannot be obliged to dismantle the device and send it to the Seller or an authorized service center; any transport of the device to a service center or any other location for repair or maintenance is the responsibility of the Seller.
