By submitting a price proposal, the participant confirms that the goods are not of origin from the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran. The contract between the customer and the selection winner is concluded in accordance with the requirements of the legislation. The terms of the contract cannot differ from the terms defined by the customer in the request for supplier proposals, including in the draft contract, which is an integral part of the request for supplier proposals, and/or the selection winner's proposal, except for the case of reducing the contract price without changing the volume. Services for transportation, unloading, installation of goods at the locations specified by the Customer are not paid separately and are included in the total cost of the goods. The transfer of Goods from the Supplier to the Customer is carried out by a debit note, in which the Parties indicate the name of the Goods supplied, the quantity in units of measurement, the price of the Goods and the total cost of the Goods supplied. VAT is charged on the total cost of the Goods at the rate established by the current legislation of Ukraine, if the Supplier is a taxpayer of value added tax. The date of receipt of the Goods by the Customer according to the relevant debit note is the date indicated in such debit note by the Customer's representative on the actual receipt of the Goods.
