Predmet javnega naročila so Storitve inženirja po pogodbenih določilih FIDIC in strokovnega nadzora po GZ-1 za izvedbo GOI del na projektu »Opremljanje aglomeracije Hoče 2019 in Radizel 2019«. Predmet gradnje obsega izgradnjo fekalne kanalizacije, črpališč in pripadajoče komunalne infrastrukture ter vzporedno izvedbo del na elektroenergetski infrastrukturi. Izbrani izvajalec bo opravljal storitve Inženirja po BELI FIDIC knjigi (Vzorec pogodbe za storitve med naročnikom in svetovalcem, 3. izdaja 1998), pri čemer se bodo GOI dela izvajala po RDEČI FIDIC knjigi (Pogoji gradbenih pogodb za gradbena in inženirska dela, ki jih načrtuje naročnik, 1. izdaja 1999), ter strokovni nadzor po GZ-1, finančni nadzor in druge naloge, opredeljene v Dodatku A.
