Demolition of existing building (Mayfield House) and to design and build 22 units, that are made up of 1 bedroom apartments, at the Stourbridge Site.
Walker Cotter is the Employee Agent for this procurement, and will be helping carry out part of the procurement on behalf of GreenSquareAccord.
