Het bieden van (somatische) huisartsenzorg aan cliënten met een eigen huisarts waarvoor de drempel te hoog is, waarna zij naar de eigen huisarts worden toegeleid; 3. Het diagnosticeren van daklozen en thuislozen, en zo nodig doorverwijzen naar specialistische medische zorg; 4.
