Los 1 umfasst Straßen, Wege und Plätze im Sicherheitsbereich des Campus-BER Nord (ca. 115.000 m²) Die Leistungen beinhalten in beiden Bereichen die Planung und Durchführung sämtlicher Maßnahmen zur Beseitigung von Eis und Schnee, zur Glättebekämpfung und die dafür notwendigen/laufenden Kontrollen. Grundlage bildet die bestehende Verkehrssicherungspflicht der FBB. Die Leistungen sind jeweils wetterabhängig, bei laufendem Verkehr sowie eigenständig während der gesamten Betriebszeit des Flughafens durchzuführen. Die Leistungserbringung erfolgt an 7 Tagen pro Woche, 24 Stunden täglich, einschließlich Sonn- und Feiertagen, und ist vor Beginn der allgemeinen Arbeitszeiten durchzuführen und sicherzustellen. Die Schätzmengen (Flächenumfang) der Rahmenvereinbarung stellen die Höchstmengen dar, die aus der Rahmenvereinbarung abgerufen werden können.
