Preparation of strategic noise mapping traffic model

This tender concerns the development of a transport model for road and urban rail (tram, surface metro) traffic data, essential for updating strategic noise maps. The scope covers Budapest and its agglomeration, including municipalities such as Budakalász, Budakeszi, Budaörs, Csömör, Diósd, Dunaharaszti, Dunakeszi, Érd, Fót, Gyál, Halásztelek, Kerepes, Kistarcsa, Pécel, Pomáz, Solymár, Szentendre, Szigetszentmiklós, Törökbálint, Üröm, and Vecsés. Additionally, the model must encompass major cities with populations exceeding 100,000 inhabitants: Debrecen, Győr, Kecskemét, Miskolc, Pécs, Szeged, and Nyíregyháza.

The transport model requires the generation of road traffic data and infrastructure information pertaining to the year 2019. Similarly, the urban rail infrastructure (tram lines, surface metro lines) must reflect the conditions of 2019. The data is to be provided within a Geographic Information System (GIS), aligned to a unified coordinate system (EOV). The traffic data must be integrated with map axis lines within the database. The final output, serving as input for noise mapping software, must be delivered in ESRI Shape format.
