Description

The Trust is looking at appointing an Organisational Culture Change Strategic Partner to provide specialist capacity and expertise to design, deliver and embed a Trust‑wide cultural transformation programme. Open Procedure UHSussex seeks a strategic partner with deep expertise in cultural systems, behavioural change and large scale transformation in complex healthcare environments. The partner will work alongside the Trust to embed the Compass, strengthen leadership accountability, build psychological safety, and align systems and processes to the behaviours required for Excellent Care Everywhere.
