Description

Council is seeking to engage a firm of international standing with demonstrated capability in city-scale transformation to deliver two pieces of work, the first is the strategic insights and analytical foundation that will guide the development of the strategy set with a focus on economic transformation, natural areas and thriving community. The second stage is for a consultant to manage the delivery of these three strategies to ensure high levels of integration to be completed by November 2027. Please note this RFQ is for the coordination component only and delivery of the strategies will be subject to a separate procurement process.
