De organisatie en het taakveld Communicatie heeft een grote ontwikkelingsopgave waarbij de strategisch adviseur een belangrijke adviserende en ondersteunende rol heeft.In verband met vervanging zwangerschaps-/bevallingsverlof zijn wij op zoek naar eenStrategisch Adviseur CommunicatieTot de werkzaamheden behoren; - adviseur en sparringpartner voor directie en college op het gebied van concern-brede communicatie vraagstukken- vertalen van organisatievisie naar een strategische communicatievisie en daarbij behorende doelen- bijdragen aan de operationele vertaling hiervan naar concrete projecten die bijdragen aan de realisatie van de organisatie- en communicatievisie- inhoudelijke coordinerende rol binnen het taakveld Communicatie - aanjager en trekker van professionaliseren communicatie, zowel van de organisatie als van het taakveld Communicatie; o.a. positionering communicatie, innovatie processen- bijdragen en meebouwen aan toekomstbestendig taakveld communicatie dat organisatie en bestuur optimaal adviseert en ondersteunt.- al naar gelang behoefte optreden als aanjager, adviseur en inhoudelijk klankbord- bewaken en regie voeren op uitvoering jaarplan- vanuit taakveld Communicatie aanspreekpunt en 1ste communicatieadviseur voor teams van domein bedrijfsvoering (Financien, I&A, HR & communicatie, Bestuurlijke- & Juridische zaken)- aansluiten bij portefeuille-overleggen (burgemeester en wethouder Financien)- Samen met de andere adviseurs communicatie verantwoordelijk voor de woordvoering
