Onze organisatie bevindt zich in een fase waarin de manier van (samen)werken en de inzet van onze huisvesting opnieuw moet worden bezien. Het hoofdkantoor is daarbij de plek waar onze cultuur, samenwerking en identiteit samenkomen. We zoeken een strategisch adviseur huisvesting die ons helpt om ? in nauwe samenwerking met interne stakeholders ? te komen tot een toekomstgerichte werkplekstrategie. De opdracht bestaat uit twee fasen: Fase 1 ? Herinrichting en herverdeling: het optimaliseren van de huidige werkplekken en gebruik van het hoofdkantoor, passend bij actuele behoeften. Fase 2 ? Strategische vertaling: het ontwikkelen van een meerjarige werkplek- en huisvestingsstrategie die aansluit op de organisatiedoelen en resulteert in een programma van eisen (PvE) voor toekomstige huisvesting en vastgoedportefeuille.Het doel is om te komen tot een gedragen, toekomstbestendige werkplekstrategie die:- past bij de identiteit, waarden en ambities van de organisatie;- aansluit bij hybride werken, samenwerking en vitaliteit;- ruimtegebruik optimaliseert;- richting geeft aan strategische vastgoedbeslissingen.De adviseur begeleidt het proces, brengt expertise in op het gebied van werkplekconcepten, huisvesting en veranderkunde, en vertaalt samen met ons beleid naar concrete keuzes en uitgangspunten.Verwachte activiteiten:- Analyse van huidig gebruik, bezetting en knelpunten (ruimtelijk, functioneel, cultureel).- Workshops en interviews met gebruikers(-groepen) en directie.- Ontwikkelen van scenario?s voor herverdeling en inrichting van werk- en ontmoetingsplekken.- Opstellen van ruimtelijk functioneel concept (inclusief werkplektypen en zones).- Ondersteuning bij besluitvorming en implementatievoorstel (planning, kostenindicatie, communicatieaanpak).Activiteiten voor de langere termijn:- Verkenning en analyse van strategische ontwikkelingen (in- en extern).- Vertaling van strategische beleidsdoelen naar huisvestingsdrijfveren en kaders.- Co-creatie van de toekomstige werkplekstrategie met interne stakeholder.- Opstellen van een Programma van Eisen (PvE) op strategisch niveau.- Oplevering van een huisvestingsvisie en routekaart (met fasering, financi?le kaders en besluitmomenten).- Advies over governance, sturing en beheer van toekomstige huisvestingskeuzes.
