Strategic partner for the digital workplace

The procurement concerns a framework agreement for the client area where the supplier shall provide products, product-related services and act as a long-term and active partner to the Client during the contract period. The procurement covers both the ongoing supply of client-related equipment and the development of working methods, product range, and associated services over time. The assignment includes, among other things, the delivery of client-related products such as laptops and desktops, Chromebooks, tablets, mobile phones, monitors, docking stations, accessories, spare parts, and other related equipment within the contract area. The assignment also includes product-related and support services such as a purchasing portal, logistics, delivery support, configuration, labeling, returns management, service, warranty administration, reuse, recycling, reporting, consulting, product range development, and other services naturally linked to the contract area. The goal is to establish a long-term partnership where the supplier not only delivers products upon order but actively contributes to standardization, cost-effectiveness, high quality, reduced internal administration, sustainable resource use, and a well-functioning digital workplace for the Client's operations, according to Appendix 3 Goal Description Digital Workplace.
