Strathcona County - Request for Quotes - RFQ #26.0103 - Assessment and Design work for Millennium Place Pool Mechanical

The County is seeking quotations from qualified engineering consulting firms to provide assessment, design, and contract administration services for the lifecycle replacement of electrical and mechanical components supporting the deep and recreation pool systems at Millennium Place, located at 2000 Premier Way, Sherwood Park, Alberta. The Deliverables include the assessment of existing electrical, piping, pumping, valving, and associated infrastructure; investigation of buried piping systems; development of replacement and optimization recommendations; and preparation of phased design documents. and the Deliverables also address the provision of tendering and construction support services required to facilitate the successful implementation of the project, which will occur at a later date. The selected respondent will enter into the County’s standard professional consulting services agreement. Respondents must demonstrate the qualifications, resources, and experience necessary to deliver the complete assessment, design, tender, and contract administration scope, including stakeholder engagement, construction cost estimating, site inspections, commissioning support, and warranty-period services, while minimizing disruption to Millennium Place operations and users throughout the project lifecycle.
