Predmetom zákazky je dodávka a montáž vybraného sortimentu veľkokapacitných tlačiarní so serverom a tlačovým manažmentom a zaškolenie pracovníkov v rozsahu: - veľkokapacitné tlačiarne – 2ks - Software manažmentu tlače - Server tlačových úloh / Printserver Bližšia špecifikácia je uvedená v časti D súťažných podkladov. Predmetné verejné obstarávanie zohľadňuje požiadavky spoločensky zodpovedného verejného obstarávania (ďalej aj SZVO). - Zelený aspekt je zohľadnený a teda toto obstarávanie je zelené verejné obstarávanie, ktoré je bližšie špecifikované v Metodickom dokumente riadiaceho orgánu pre Program Slovensko príloha č. 7 - „Podmienky pre zabezpečenie súladu projektu so zásadou „nespôsobovať významnú škodu“ k výzve PSK-MIRRI-001-2023-DV-FST v znení AKTUALIZÁCIE č. 4“ t.j. je zamerané na služby s nízkym environmentálnym vplyvom počas plnenia predmetu zákazky. Verejný obstarávateľ tento aspekt zapracoval do opisu predmetu zákazky a do Prílohy č. 2 SP: Kúpna zmluva v článku 6.1. Konkrétnou požiadavkou v rámci plnenia zmluvy s ohľadom na vyššie uvedený aspekt zeleného verejného obstarávania je predĺženie doby záruky na predmet zákazky na 36 mesiacov. Ďalšou požiadavkou je aby ponúkané tlačiarne boli registrované a spĺňali požiadavku EPEAT Gold: a disponovali certifikátom Blue Angel (článok 8.6. kúpnej zmluvy)
