Budova B je kulturní památkou ČR, vedená pod rejstříkovým číslem ÚSKP 10883/9-18. Dílny praktického vyučování se nachází na části 1.NP a na mezonetu 1.NP budovy A. Rekonstrukcí projde frézárna, soustružna, brusírna, truhlárna, zámečnická dílna, kovárna, polytechnická dílna, sklady, přípravna materiálu, učebna strojírenství, elektrotechnické dílny a WC.
