SUPERVISION AND OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY COORDINATOR DURING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE URN CEMETERY EXPANSION GAJ URNI CPV code and name: 71521000-6 Following the works that will be carried out according to the main project "Expansion of the urn cemetery Gaj urni within the Mirogoj cemetery crematorium", joint project code: GP-06-06/2020 and for which a building permit has been issued (Decision on amendment and/or supplement to the building permit, CLASS: UP/I-361-03/24-01/002272, REF NO: 251-10-22-1/051-25-0011 dated 04.04.2025, final from 30.04.2025), the service of expert supervision and occupational safety coordinator during the execution of the subject works is to be ensured. The main project includes the architectural and landscape project, the structural engineering project, and the hydrotechnical project. In accordance with Article 18 of the Construction Act (NN 155/25), the investor will ensure expert supervision over the execution of the works, and in accordance with Article 73 of the Occupational Safety Act (NN 71/14, 118/14, 154/14, 94/18, 96/18), will also ensure an occupational safety coordinator. Expert supervision and occupational safety will be carried out over the works which include: 1. completion of the already designed and partially executed walls A and B (which were planned as retaining walls in the original project for landslide remediation) to be converted into columbarium walls by adding an above-ground structure to wall A, then cladding both walls with brick finish and installing columbarium niches, without changing their function and load-bearing structure. 2. construction of a total of eight (new) burial fields which will be built through four usable units (fields 49 - 56) for which four use permits will be obtained. The new burial fields are located at Gaj urni within the Mirogoj cemetery crematorium in the southern part of cadastral plot 3200/1, cadastral municipality Gračani. The area covered is approximately 39,526 m2, located southeast of the Crematorium building, and includes the existing forest within the cemetery, and the entire area is also landscaped. The project for the expansion of the Gaj urni cemetery for which the service that is the subject of this public procurement is being provided, is designated in EOJN with the code 949-2026-EVV. The estimated value of the works is EUR 11,300,000.00 excluding VAT.
