South Bank Corporation (the Principal) is a Queensland Government statutory corporation that oversees the development and management of the South Bank Corporation Area as defined in the South Bank Corporation Act 1989 (Qld). South Bank Corporation invites you to submit your responses to this RFQ.
The Contract Principal will be South Bank Corporation (SBC) and works delivered by the Principal's Representative, Legends Global (BCEC management).
This open Request for Quote (RFQ) includes, but not is not limited to:
investigation, assessment and remediation of identified defects, including concrete spalling, structural cracking and settlement and corrosion of structural steel elements within the nominated areas of the precinct.
