Rahmenvertag über Standard-Tastaturen, Standard- und Vertikalmäusen sowie Kartenlesegeräte für die IT-Arbeitsplätze der BA (sowie Bewerberarbeitsplätzen in den BIZen, Schulungsräumen usw.)
Gegenstand des Verfahrens ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrages über die Lieferung von Standard-Tastaturen, Standard- und Vertikalmäusen sowie Kartenlesegeräte für die IT-Arbeitsplätze der BA sowie Bewerberarbeitsplätzen in den Berufsinformations- zentren, Schulungsräumen usw.) Die vorliegende Ausschreibung beinhaltet folgende Leistungen: • Lieferung von mindestens 20.000 Standard-Tastaturen inkl. Ansprüchen aus Mängeln für 24 Monate • Lieferung von mindestens 20.000 Mäusen inkl. Ansprüchen aus Mängeln für 24 Monate • Lieferung von mindestens 330 Vertikalmäusen (300 Rechtshänder / 30 Linkshänder) inkl. Ansprüchen aus Mängeln für 24 Monate • Lieferung von mobilen Kartenlesern (Klasse 1) inkl. Ansprüchen aus Mängeln für 24 Monate • Technische Unterstützung • Rücknahme von Transport- und Verpackungsmaterial Die im Leistungsverzeichnis (LV) angegebenen Mindestabnahmemengen werden über die gesamte Vertragslaufzeit abgerufen. Für die jeweils geschätzten Abnahmemengen über die Mindestabnahmemengen hinaus besteht keine Abnahmeverpflichtung. Informationen bzgl. der Mindestbestellmengen und Packungsgrößen sind im LV aufgeführt. Die Höchstmengen für die einzelnen Leistungen sind dem LV zu entnehmen und stellen die vergaberechtliche Obergrenze zur Nutzung der Rahmenvereinbarung dar und haben keinen Zusammenhang mit von der BA zugrunde gelegten Schätzmengen oder von der BA vorgesehenen Haushaltsmitteln.
