The present submission comprises all necessary works and supplies for the creation, adaptation, and extension of the sanitary facilities within the scope of the extension and renovation of the Breitenbach retirement home. The tendered services are to be executed completely and professionally in accordance with the provided plans, diagrams, specifications, technical requirements, and applicable standards and regulations. The scope of services includes all supplies, installations, pipes, fittings, appliances, fastenings, insulation, connections, ancillary works, tests, flushing, and commissioning required for a complete and operational sanitary system, insofar as they are attributable to trade BKP 250. Existing sanitary systems and installations are to be inspected on-site before the commencement of works. Connection points, pipe routing, penetrations, and interfaces with other trades must be coordinated early with site management and the involved specialist planners and contractors. Special attention must be paid to the phased construction process and the ongoing operation of the retirement home. The water supply and wastewater disposal for the parts of the building that continue to be used must be ensured during the construction period. Necessary interruptions or deactivations of existing systems must be announced in advance and may only take place after prior consultation and approval.
