Subsidietender “Exploitatie SCC de Basis” Opdrachtgever: gemeente Soest De Gemeente Soest wenst per 1 januari 2027 een nieuwe exploitant te hebben voor de exploitatie van sociaal cultureel centrum (SCC) De Basis te Soesterberg. Deze Leidraad beschrijft de subsidie, de exploitatie en de procedure. De subsidie wordt verstrekt ten behoeve van de exploitatie van SCC De Basis in Soesterberg gedurende een periode van vijf (5) jaar met een mogelijkheid tot verlenging met nog eens vier (4) jaar. De subsidie wordt verstrekt met ingang op 1 januari 2027. De exploitant draagt zorg voor een doelmatige, toekomstbestendige en maatschappelijk verantwoorde exploitatie van het sociaal-cultureel centrum.
