Dabei werden die Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 3 bis 9 der Gebäude- und Innenraumplanung gemäß der Anlage 10 zur HOAI stufenweise vergeben werden. (Die Objektplanung für den 1. Bauabschnitt ist demgegenüber – wie bereits ausgeführt – nicht Gegenstand dieser Vergabe.) b) Es werden zudem folgende Besondere Leistungen der Gebäude- und Innenraumplanung vergeben: - Auswahl und Vervollständigung der notwendigen Formblätter nach dem Vergabehandbuch (Pauschalhonorar – Leistungsphase 7 / Leistungsstufe 3), - Überwachung der Mangelbeseitigung innerhalb der Verjährungsfrist (Zeithonorar - Leistungsphase 9 / Leistungsstufe 3) c) Im Übrigen wird hinsichtlich des Leistungsumfangs und der Honorarparameter auf den Vertragsentwurf (Teil C der Vergabeunterlagen) verwiesen. d) Voraussichtlicher Leistungszeitraum für die gesamte Gebäude- und Innenraumplanung ist November 2026 bis 2035 (unter zusätzlicher Einbeziehung der Leistungsphase 9 [= 4 Jahre]. e) Die Fachplanungen werden separat vergeben.
