Suite for business management applications

Within the scope of the tender are: 1. HR: Digital workflows for inflow, internal, and outflow processes, ESS/MSS, management of personnel data (files) including documents, leave, absence, performance review cycle, and (career) development within Nidos. 2. Expenses: supporting employees in submitting all expense claims plus functionality for managers for review and approval. 3. Payroll Administration: calculation, processing, and payment of salaries, including deductions, taxes, and payments to external bodies. Nidos is responsible for carrying out the payroll administration itself. 4. Overarching functionality (across all modules): o Tooling for reports, analytics, and business intelligence. o Process management and workflow support: signaling, monitoring of processes and deadlines. o Sending letters from the system. 5. Integrations as further described in the requirements specification are within scope for data exchange, including: o Learning Management System (LMS) with the Electronic Learning Environment (ELO) behind it o Exact Globe o Applicant Tracking System o Fleet/bicycle park service providers and other mobility service providers o Dyflexis (scheduling system) o Active Directory (AD) for authorizations o Third-party provisions, including:  Absence management and registration  Work and Income (Re-integration) Support Act: Occupational Health Service / Company Doctor / UWV  Tax Authorities  Pension Fund  Service providers from the 'cafeteria model', such as company fitness 2.2.1 Optional within scope The following functionality is optionally within scope. This means that Nidos requests this functionality in the tender as a wish, without Nidos committing to purchase it in advance. In other words: Nidos will assess for each functionality whether a well-fitting solution is available within the suite. If so, Nidos may purchase the module; if not, Nidos has the option to fulfill the functionality with another solution (and possibly link it with the best-of-suite environment): - Financial Administration: accounting, general ledger management, budgeting, reporting, accounts payable and receivable management. - Purchase-to-Pay: automating the procurement process from request to payment, including supplier management, purchase orders, goods receipt registration, and invoice processing. - Contract Management: managing contracts with suppliers including terms, obligations, automatic notifications, and renewals. Input for the Purchase-to-Pay module. - CRM: managing relationship data and interactions, including relationship management and follow-up of conversations. - Service Management: managing services and support, such as incident management, change requests, service catalog, and assets. - Project Management: supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, including timelines, budgets, resources, and progress reporting.
