The Ordering Party does not foresee dividing the assortment included in individual parts of the order referred to in point 5. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party allows submitting an offer for 1 of the parts described in the Description of the Subject of the Order – Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, as well as in the Price Form – Annex No. 1A to the SWZ. The Ordering Party will consider each partial offer separately.
