Successive supply of meat and meat products for designated organizational units of the Municipality of Stalowa Wola - meat supply

Part I – supply of meat in the estimated quantity and assortment indicated in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ – Assortment and Price Form. 4. The Contractor shall carry out deliveries to the premises of individual units using its own transport, at its own expense. Delivery includes unloading and bringing the goods to the place indicated by an authorized person from the given unit. 5. The means of transport must meet the applicable sanitary requirements for the transport of meat, poultry, and meat products. 6. All products covered by the order must be delivered in appropriate packaging and/or crates intended for transport and contact with meat, poultry, and meat products. 7. The Contractor shall, at the request of the Contracting Authority, provide containers, crates, and baskets free of charge with each delivery for the period until the next delivery. 8. Deliveries will be made systematically in quantities and deadlines specified in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. Detailed requirements regarding the implementation of meat and meat product deliveries, after prior order by phone, email, or in person by authorized persons from the given unit (caterer). 9. The list of quantities of goods ordered is given as an estimate, based on actual consumption to date. The possibility of increasing or decreasing the quantities of goods ordered, indicated in Annexes 1a and 1b to the SWZ, is allowed, without the Contractor having the right to claims regarding the quantitative scope of the order placed. 10. Settlements with the Contractor will be made based on actually realized deliveries, based on unit prices indicated in Annexes 1a and 1b to the SWZ - Assortment and Price Form, which is an element of the Contractor's offer.
