Successive deliveries of aggregate (gravel-sand mixture)

The subject of the order is the successive delivery of aggregate - gravel-sand mixture fraction 0/16 mm Purpose: improved sub-base layer 5,000.00 tons Requirements WT – 4 By the term "WT - 4 requirement" the Contracting Authority understands that the delivered aggregates should meet the quality and technical requirements listed in Table 6 in document WT – 4, which is Annex No. 3 to Ordinance No. 102 of the General Director of National Roads and Motorways of 19.11.2010, regarding the application of technical requirements on national roads. The Contracting Authority requires that the aggregate deliveries be carried out successively upon notification of demand, specifying the location, quantity, and frequency of deliveries during the day, between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with at least 3 days' notice (3 working days). Due to the possibility of load capacity restrictions on public and forest roads (including gross vehicle weight), obtaining all relevant permits for passage from the road manager is entirely the responsibility of the Contractor and is at their expense. Due to limited maneuvering space and the specific nature of forest road construction sites, the unloading of the delivered material will take place at a location indicated by the contracting authority's representative directly on the road being built. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to conduct control weighing of the delivered material at a vehicle scale chosen at random by them, with a valid calibration. The cost of weighing verification will be borne by the Contractor in case of underweight. To ensure proper quality, the Contractor undertakes to provide current declarations of conformity or declarations of performance for the delivered aggregates upon the Contracting Authority's request (during the execution of the order). A trial batch of material must be delivered before the start of deliveries. The place of successive deliveries of the subject of the order is the area of the Forest Districts within the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Lublin (according to the detailed indication in the partial demand).
