El contrato tendrá por objeto la gestión y el arrendamiento de una flota de embarcaciones, con tripulación cuando corresponda, dotadas del personal, medios auxiliares, combustible, consumibles, equipamiento técnico y de comunicaciones necesarios para la organización, desarrollo y seguimiento marítimo del evento Alicante 2027 Puerto de Salida de la Vuelta al Mundo a Vela. La prestación incluye la puesta a disposición, coordinación y operación de embarcaciones destinadas a prensa, fotógrafos, radio y televisión, dirección y gestión de regatas, jueces, balizamiento, marshalls, oficial jefe, hospitalidad, servicios de Alicante Puerto de Salida y atención sanitaria, así como la gestión de permisos, despachos, atraques, sustituciones, logística, personal y demás actuaciones necesarias para su completa operatividad.
