Original language: SpanishEl presente contrato tiene por objeto el suministro de astilla forestal de origen ibicenco destinada al abastecimiento de combustible de la caldera de biomasa instalada en la piscina municipal de Sant Joan de Labritja, garantizando el funcionamiento continuado de la instalación durante toda la vigencia contractual. El suministro comprenderá la producción, transporte, entrega y descarga de la astilla forestal en el silo de almacenamiento existente en la instalación receptora, así como todas aquellas actuaciones necesarias para asegurar la correcta ejecución del contrato de conformidad con lo establecido en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas. La empresa adjudicataria deberá garantizar el cumplimiento de las características técnicas, requisitos de calidad, trazabilidad y origen del combustible establecidos en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas. El Ayuntamiento de Sant Joan de Labritja no adquiere compromiso de adquisición de una cantidad determinada de combustible, estando el volumen de suministro condicionado a las necesidades reales de consumo de la instalación durante la vigencia del contrato.
