El objeto del presente contrato consiste en el suministro, instalación y puesta en marcha de un Crio-Microscopio Electrónico de Transmisión de última generación (crio-TEM) (en adelante, equipo), equipado con un detector directo de electrones, para aplicaciones de determinación de estructuras de complejos macromoleculares a alta resolución, para el F.S.P. CNIO, con el fin de dotar al centro de una infraestructura científica que permita mantener y mejorar el desarrollo de actividades de investigación en el ámbito de biología estructural. El equipo deberá suministrarse completo, incluyendo todos los elementos, dispositivos, accesorios, licencias, componentes informáticos, servidores, equipos auxiliares y demás materiales necesarios para su completa instalación, configuración, validación funcional, puesta en marcha y correcto funcionamiento, incluyendo, cuando proceda, su integración con los sistemas de información del F.S.P. CNIO. Asimismo, el objeto del contrato incluye la formación del personal del F.S.P.
