DESEMPATE1° Privilegiar la “Oferta Económica”.2º En caso que se mantenga la situación de empate, se establece como segundo mecanismo la adjudicación al proveedor que haya obtenido el mayor puntaje en el criterio “Plazo de entrega”.3° De persistir el empate se establece como tercer mecanismo de adjudicación el “Cumplimiento Técnico”.4° Si continúa la situación de empate, se establece como cuarto mecanismo de adjudicación “Cumplimiento de los Requisitos Formales de la Oferta”.5° Como último criterio para el desempate se establece “Programa de Integridad y Compliance”.6° Por último, de continuar este empate se debe optar por la primera oferta ingresada por medio del portal www.mercadopublico.cl
