Original language: SpanishEn cumplimiento de los principios de necesidad, idoneidad y eficiencia establecidos en el artículo 28 de la LCSP la naturaleza y extensión de las necesidades que pretenden cubrirse mediante la celebración del presente contrato, se encuadran dentro del ámbito de las funciones y competencias atribuidas a este Centro Directivo determinándose con precisión la idoneidad del objeto y contenido del contrato en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas. El suministro de gasóleo tipo “C” para calefacción resulta imprescindible para el normal desarrollo del servicio público en cada centro de la Consejería que utiliza este combustible para el sistema de calefacción. Se justifica la idoneidad de realizar la contratación con empresas comercializadoras acorde con la regulación sectorial del mercado de hidrocarburos. A efectos de lo dispuesto en el Acuerdo 82/2020, de 12 de noviembre, de la Junta de Castilla y León, por el que se aprueban directrices vinculantes para el impulso de la responsabilidad social en el gasto público de la Administración General e Institucional de la Comunidad de Castilla y León, el objeto del presente contrato se vincula además a la consecución del objetivo social de favorecer la estabilidad laboral, mediante la incorporación de una condición especial de ejecución al efecto.
