Criterios para desempate:En caso de empate en la evaluación entre dos o más oferentes, la adjudicación se efectuará a aquél que tenga una mejor evaluación de acuerdo al orden de prelación entre los criterios de evaluación señalados en el Anexo “Tabla de Ponderación y Criterios de Evaluación de Ofertas”, que se aplicarán sucesivamente hasta producir el desempate. En caso que aún con aplicación de esta regla se mantenga el empate, se adjudicará al oferente que haya efectuado primero su oferta en el portalwww.mercadopublico.cl, en conformidad al certificado de presentación de oferta emitido por el mencionado portal. Período de consultas y aclaración de la adjudicación:Los Oferentes tendrán el plazo de días indicado en el Anexo “Cronograma”, desde la notificación de la Resolución de Adjudicación, para efectuar consultas y aclaraciones de dicho acto, asimismo, podrán hacer presente todas las observaciones y reparos que estimen convenientes y que consistan en errores u omisiones en los cálculos, transcripciones, citas, razón social, etc., para efectos de que sean detectados y subsanados por la Entidad Licitante, la que los efectuará sólo si corresponde. Dichas observaciones y reparos deben fundarse necesariamente en la oferta y en las presentes Bases, y remitirse al correo electrónico indicado en el Anexo “Cronograma”. La Entidad Licitante, por su parte, tendrá el plazo indicado en el precitado Anexo para responder las consultas. Asimismo, podrán efectuar los reclamos que encuentren pertinentes en conformidad a las reglas generales y ante las autoridades que correspondan.
