Supply of one (1) articulated turntable ladder (AEA) vehicle, fully operational, intended to reinforce the material resources of the Poniente Almeriense Fire Prevention and Extinguishing and Rescue Consortium (CBP), including manufacturing, bodywork, homologation, registration, delivery, and user training.

The purpose of this contract is the supply of one (1) articulated turntable ladder (AEA) vehicle intended for the operational service of the Poniente Almeriense Fire Prevention and Extinguishing and Rescue Consortium (CBP), in order to reinforce the response capacity in high-altitude rescue and extinguishing interventions, ensuring the safety of personnel and the effectiveness of public service in all consortium municipalities. The supply will include all necessary operations for the manufacturing, bodywork, equipment, homologation, registration, delivery, and user training of the vehicle, which must be delivered fully operational and in service condition. The vehicle must be new, recently manufactured, with modern technology and first-quality materials, in accordance with the technical specifications defined in the Technical Specifications Document (PPT). The contract is classified as a supply contract pursuant to Article 16 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts (LCSP), and is processed through an open procedure subject to harmonized regulation (SARA) for exceeding the economic threshold established in Article 22 of the same Law. The contract is not divided into lots, in accordance with Article 99.3 of the LCSP, as the object of the supply – the acquisition of a single unit of an aerial ladder vehicle – constitutes an indivisible technical and functional unit, the fragmentation of which would be incompatible with the correct execution of the contract and the technical homogeneity of the entire vehicle. The technical conditions of the supply are defined in the PPT, which details the minimum requirements for the vehicle, chassis, superstructure, hydraulic and control systems, safety, lighting, signaling, and equipment. The vehicle must comply with standards UNE-EN 1846 and UNE-EN 14043, as well as all other applicable regulations for fire-fighting and rescue vehicles, ensuring optimal levels of safety, reliability, and operability. The delivery period for the supply is twelve (12) months from the formalization of the contract, with no possibility of extension. The technical warranty period will be two (2) years from the final acceptance of the vehicle, during which the contractor will be responsible for any defects or faults that may arise, and must proceed with their immediate repair or replacement at their own expense.
