La contratación objeto del presente expediente se hace necesaria a fin de llevar a cabo la labor de investigación y desarrollo para la Pilot Line de la UPV, con el objetivo de mejorar las líneas piloto avanzadas existentes y desarrollar nuevas en toda la Unión, para permitir el desarrollo y el despliegue de tecnologías de semiconductores de vanguardia y tecnologías de semiconductores de próxima generación. A tal efecto, resulta necesario proceder a la adquisición, entre otros, de los siguientes equipos: 4 • UPV04 - Electron beam lithography tool up to 8-inch wafers: Equipo de litografía por haz de electrones que expone patrones en resistencias sensibles mediante un haz de electrones enfocado y escaneado. Escribe características con resolución nanométrica según diseño en archivo digital.
