Tällä hetkellä käytössä oleva Hermia ohjelmisto on erityisesti kehitetty isotoppikuvantamiseen ja se on ollut vuosia isotooppilaboratorion keskeinen työväline. Kyseessä ns. SLA-tason huoltosopimus, johon kuuluu vuosittaiset tarjoajan huoltokäynnit, etätuki, puhelintuki, perusohjelmiston ja sovellusten koulutukset tarvittaessa sekä ohjelmistopäivitykset mukaan luettuna ohjelmistojen uudet ominaisuudet. Lisäksi sopimukseen kuuluu järjestelmän palvelimien (2kpl) HW-päivitykset. HW-päivitykset tehdään sopimuskauden puolivälissä. Hermia ohjelmisto on osa Pohjois-Karjalan hyvinvointialueelle rakennettua isotooppikuvantamisen toimintakokonaisuutta ja hankittavalla sopimuskokonaisuudella päätetään jatkaa Hermia – huolto- ja ylläpitosopimusta. Vain yksi toimittaja voi hankinnan toteuttaa järjestelmien yhteensopivuuden vuoksi.
