SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF; LOT 1: THREE (3) STATION WAGONS, LOT 2: THIRTEEN (13) DOUBLE CABIN PICK-UP VEHICLES AND LOT 3: FORTY-SIX (46) MOTORCYCLES FOR DRDIP-II PROJECT OPERATIONS - UG-OPM-549894-GO-RFB; PROC. REF. NO.: OPM-DRDIP-II/SUPLS/25-26/00123
- The Government of the Republic of Uganda through the Office of the Prime Minister has received funds from the World Bank for the acquisition of motor vehicles for project operations of the Development Response to Displacement Impact Project Phase -II.
- The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national bidding procedures contained in the World Bank Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers (February 2025) and is open to all bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:00am to 5:00pm on working days.
- The Bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX.100,000/- (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only). The method of payment will be by bank advice form which can be generated by the bidder from the URA website and payment made through any commercial bank
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 11:00am on 11th June 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of; Lot 1: Ugx.14,000,000/- Lot 2: Ugx.40,000,000/- and Lot 3: Ugx.10,000,000/-. Bid securities must be valid until 8th November 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 11:15am on 11th June 2026.
- There shall not be a pre – bid meeting.
