The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) is seeking for potential vendors for its requirement for Supply and Delivery of Mattresses, Bedding, and Linens to UNAMA, Kabul, Afghanistan on as and When Required Basis.
UNAMA intends to establish a contract for Supply and Delivery of Mattresses, Bedding, and Linens to UNAMA, Kabul, Afghanistan on as and When Required Basis.
It is anticipated that the initial contract period will be three (3) years, with UNAMA retaining the sole option to extend the contract for two (2) additional year (3+2).
The duration of the contract shall at all times be subject to the continuation of UNAMA’s mandate, and the satisfactory performance of the Contractor.
Please note that this notice is issued only to allow companies to express their interest; it does not constitute a solicitation.

Registration with United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM), www.ungm.org at Basic Level and preferably registered or submitted at Level 1.

Proof of similar successful experience with national and international organizaitons.
3.
Valid and updated business license.
Non-compliance to above mentioned criteria will result in disqualification of the vendor during the bidding exercise and evaluation stage.
Closing date for receipt of EOI response is on 21 August 2026.Note: UNAMA Procurement Unit encourages vendors /organizations of persons with disabilities to express interest in this requirement.
