Supply and Installation of Medical Gas (Oxygen and Suction) Pipeline Systems for the Dialysis Centre at Tangail Medical College Hospital under the Project 'Upgradation of Existing Kidney Dialysis Centers to 50 Beds in Medical College Hospitals and Establishment of 10-Bed Kidney Dialysis Centers in District Sadar Hospitals (2nd Revised) Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Development Budget GOB. Eligibility Requirements: 1. Minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in Construction works. 2. Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least [01(one)] number of similar nature of works worth not less than Tk 1.00 (One) Crore only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 95.00 (Ninety Five) Lac over the last 05(Five) years. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets of the Tenderer shall be Tk 80.00 (Eighty) Lac to be submitted in from PW2a-8 otherwise tender shall be Nonresponsive 5. Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate. 6. Up-to date ABC license and supervisory certificate issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh 7. The minimum amount of tender capacity Tk. 85.00 (Eighty Five) Lac 8. The tenderer must be a manufacturer or possess manufacturer authorization letter of medical-grade oxygen and must possess proven experience in the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS). The tenderer shall demonstrate the technical capability and operational capacity to ensure compliance with applicable medical oxygen purity standards, uninterrupted gas supply, and the safe and reliable operation of the entire medical gas supply system. 9. The bidder must have at least three (3) qualified technical personnel who have successfully completed specialized training provided by a recognized Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS) manufacturer. 10. The bidder must have ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.. Location: Tangail, Bangladesh. Tender Document Price: BDT 2500.
