Published by Ministry of Housing and Public Works, Public Works Department (PWD). Procuring Entity: Executive Engineer, Rangamati PW Division. Supply of Sub-Station and Generator Installation of Sub-Station and Generator Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Development Budget GOB. Eligibility Requirements: 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 (Five) years. 2. The minimum Specific Experience as supplier in supply of Similar nature of goods and related services including 250 KVA Sub-Station Equipment and 100 KVA Generator of at least 01 contract successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 75.00 Lac (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper) under any Government/ Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/ Private Organization. In case of the work done under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization (in case of Private Organization, the Certificate shall be given by an owner of that Organization) other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer. 3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them shall be Tk 100.00 Lac and must be submitted in the prescribed format as stated in respective ITT clause(s). 4. The Tenderer shall submit up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Trade License, ABC category Electrical Contractor & Supervisory License issued from Bangladesh Electricity Licensing Board, Manufacture's authorization Certificate, valid up-to-date IRC (Import Registration Certificate) and valid VAT registration certificate. 5. Completion Certificate of supply of similar nature of goods and related services (Specific Experience), Manufacturer's authorization Letter, Line of credit and all other certificates must be submitted in prescribed format (STD e-PG3) of BPPA. 6. Other terms and conditions described in TDS/PCC must be complied. 7. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject the tenders and no claims will be accepted in this regard..
