  1. The Ministry of Education and Training in Eswatini has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Strengthening Basic Education System Support to Human Capital Development in Eswatini Project (P173151) and  intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract[1] for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Interactive Touch Screens for Phase 2 Schools [2].

2.         The Ministry of Education and Training in Eswatini now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Interactive Touch Screens for Phase 2 Schools listed below;

3.      Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4.      Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Education and Training, Procurement Unit. Contact person: Lomakhosi Magagula, email address: procurement@moet-wbproject.org.sz[3] and inspect the bidding document during office hours 09:00am to 05:00pm on the address given below. [4]

5.         The[5] bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee[6] of E2 500.00 (Two Thousand, Five Hundred Emalangeni Only) or Equivalent to USD. 6.      Bids must be delivered to the address below[9] on or before 09:00am on the 17 July 2026. Electronic Bidding will notbe permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 09:10am on the 17 July 2026.

7.      All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of E200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand Emalangeni Only) or equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency (based on the applicable exchange rate on the deadline for bid submission date) in the form of Bank guarantee issued by reputable Banks.

8.      Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.

Add a new para. 3 and renumber paras 3 - 8 as follows: “Bidders may Bid for one or several contracts, as further defined in the request for bids document.
