The National Water & Sewerage Corporation has received funds from the Agence Française de Développement (the French Development Agency) towards the cost of Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Training and After-Sales Support of Water Quality Laboratory Equipment. It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Training and After-Sales Support of Water Quality Laboratory Equipment. 2. The National Water & Sewerage Corporation now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of: Lot 1: Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Training and After-Sales Support of an ICP-MS System; Lot 2: Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Training and After-Sales Support of an Ion Chromatography System. (“the Goods”). 3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of The Senior Manager Procurement National Water and Sewerage Corporation Plot No. 18/20, 6th Street, Industrial Area, Kampala P.O. Box 7053 Kampala, Uganda Tel: 256-313-315484/256-313-315801 Email: [email protected] and inspect the Bidding Documents between the hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM East African time. 4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 200,000 (Uganda shillings; Two hundred thousand only or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency at the address at No. 3 above. 5. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the Agence Française de Development’s Bidding Documents for Procurement of Goods. 6.
