Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Necessary Equipment and Instruments for Conducting Testing Activities of the Civil Laboratory at PWD Training Academy and Testing Laboratory, Dhaka. Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Own Funds GOB. Eligibility Requirements: This Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below: (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as a Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years. (b) The Tenderer shall have successfully completed at least one (01) contract within the last 05 (Five) years involving the supply and installation of Laboratory Equipment in an Civil or Mechanical Engineering Laboratory setup in Bangladesh, with a contract value of at least Tk. 55.00 lakh. (c)The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.55.00lakh. [Letter of Credit Commitment for Line of Credit (Form PG3-8) issued not earlier than IFT Publication date] (d) The Tenderer must possess: (i) Up-to-date valid Trade License. (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate from NBR. (iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate. (iv) Manufacturer’s Authorization Certificate for the item(s) as mentioned in the TDS in accordance with Form PG3-6. (v) Any other license/certificate as mentioned in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS). (e) The Tenderer shall submit catalogues, brochures, technical specifications, and other relevant documents of the offered goods as per requirements of the Tender Document. (f) All other required qualifications, special terms and conditions of the Tender are stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS), GCC, PCC, and other Tender Documents.. Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh.
