Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 2 Nos 7 Stop 800 Kg Passenger Lift for Police Officers Mess, Cumilla NA Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Non_Development GOB. Eligibility Requirements: (a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of General experience in supply and installation of lift. (b) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Similar nature Lift and related services of at least 01 contracts successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 70.00 lakh. [The years counting backward from the date IFT under any Government/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization. i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. ii) In case of the work done under any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer. (c) The tenderer shall submit updated income tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate, updated Trade license, updated BC/ABC category contractor and supervisory license, owned IRC Certificate & Audit report of last 3 years. (d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk. 90.00 Lakh . (e) Completion certificate of similar nature of work, Line of credit and all other certificate must be submitted in (e-PG 3) format. (f) Tenderer must have certificate of distributor/sole agent/representative of proposed brand of lift from manufacturer. (g) Special terms and condition of lift are shown in TDS/PCC must be complied. (h) The Tenderer Shall Provide 3(years) years of monthly maintenance, unconditional technical support and genuine spare parts at their own cost under an onward agreement with CMP(The user agency). The retention money(secerity deposit) shall be retained by the PE for 3 years from the date of completion and comissioning of the lift.. Location: Cumilla, Bangladesh.
