Invitation to Bid (ITB) – Supply and Delivery of 24-Foot Fiberglass Banana Boats for Polio Outbreak Response in Papua New Guinea The World Health Organization (WHO), on behalf of the National Department of Health (NDoH) and Provincial Health Authorities (PHAs) in Papua New Guinea, is pleased to invite your company to submit a bid for the Supply and Delivery of (12) units 24-Foot Fiberglass Banana Boats to support Polio Outbreak Response, Routine Immunization, and Vaccine-Preventable Disease (VPD) Surveillance activities across Papua New Guinea.

The procurement aims to strengthen the operational capacity of health teams serving remote, coastal, island, and hard-to-reach communities by providing reliable water transportation for the movement of health workers, vaccines, medical supplies, and outbreak response personnel.

Please find attached the Invitation to Bid (ITB) document containing the technical specifications, eligibility requirements, submission instructions, and evaluation criteria.
