RFQ No. DGPC/ACCESS/GD/GPS&TABLETS/2026/33 dated July 15, 2026
Royal Government of Bhutan has received financial assistance in the form of Credit and Grant from the World Bank towards the cost of the proposed Accelerating Transport and Trade Connectivity in Eastern South Asia (ACCESS)-Bhutan Project, to be implemented partly by the Department of Surface Transport (DoST), Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MoIT). Druk Green Power Corporation Limited (DGPC) is representing MoIT in implementing the subcomponent 3.3 of the ACCESS Bhutan Project and intends to apply a part of the proceeds of this financing for “Supply and Delivery of Handheld GPS Devices, Portable Tablets and Accessories”.
Therefore, eligible and interested Bidders are invited to submit their Bids as per the Bidding Document available on the DGPC’s website (https://www.drukgreen.bt/tender) and can be downloaded free of cost during the period.
Bidding Document shall be available from July 15, 2026 to August 14, 2026. Bids shall be received up to 15:00hrs (BST) on or before August 14, 2026. The Bids shall be opened on the same day at 15:30hrs (BST).
