WFP employs around 17,000 staff, most of whom work in challenging environments directly serving the world’s vulnerable populations.The WFP Ukraine Country Office is seekingqualified and experiencedsuppliers to supplyIndustrial Hybrid Energy Storage Systems (ESS) 80 kW / 80 kWh (or equivalent) to support WFP operations in Ukraine.Requirements for WFP UkraineInterested suppliers must demonstrate their capabilityto supply an Energy Storage Systems (ESS) meeting the following minimum requirements::Factory-new equipment only; used or refurbished equipment will not be accepted.Integrated solution consisting of:Three-phase hybrid inverter with nominal output power of80 kW;High-voltage modularbattery storage systemwith total nominal capacity of not less than80 kWh.The system shall support bothgrid-connected and off-grid operations.The system shall be compatible with: photovoltaic (PV) systems; diesel generators; utility power grid.All components (inverter, BMS and battery modules) shall be fully compatible and supplied as an integrated solution from the manufacturer or authorized system integrator.The inverter shall:provide nominal active output power of not less than 80 kW; support three-phase operation (400V, 50/60Hz); include multiple MPPT inputs for photovoltaic integration; support operation with unbalanced loads; support parallel operation with additional inverters.The battery system shall: utilize lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) technology; provide a minimum nominal energy capacity of 80 kWh; provide a minimum cycle life of 6,000 cycles; include a Battery Management System (BMS) with protection against overcharge, over-discharge, overheating, overload and short circuit.The system shall provide communication and monitoring capabilities through RS485, CAN, RS232 and remote monitoring functionality via Wi-Fi and/or GPRS.The inverter shall have a protection class of not less thanIP65.The battery system shall include integrated safety features and fire protection measures suitable for industrial energy storage applications.Purpose of This EOIThe purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to identifysuppliers capable ofsupplyingIndustrial Hybrid Energy Storage Systems (ESS) 80 kW / 80 kWh (or equivalent) to support WFP Operational activities.This EOIdoes not constitute a tender.
