Only suppliers meeting the minimum technical and administrative requirements may beshortlistedand invited to participate in future formal solicitation processes.Instructions for Submission to EOIInterested suppliers are requested to submit the following documents:Table 1:Supplier Registration Form (signed and stamped by an authorized company representative);Table 2: Declaration of Honour;Table 3:AFAC Clause;Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Public Organizations;Tax registration certificate;Bank letter with bank details;Valid licenses and permitsProof of experience (portfolio, references)All documentation listed above must be submitted inEnglish or Ukrainian, inPDF format, and sent by email to:ukraine.vendormanagement@wfp.orgno later than31 August 2026 at 18:00 hrs (Kyiv time). Submissions received after this deadline may not be considered.Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that all required documents are complete and submitted before the deadline.
