Purchaser: National Agency for Social Protection (NASP) under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Contract Reference and Subject: UZ-INSON-RFQ-2.2.7-8/B - Supply of office furniture and waiting-area furniture for 17 Territorial Social Services Centers (TSSCs).

The Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Innovative Social Protection System for Inclusion of Vulnerable People (INSON) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Supply of Office and Waiting-Area Furniture for 17 Territorial Social Service Centers (TSSCs).

The Purchaser hereby invites eligible Suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of Office and Waiting Area Furniture for 17 Territorial Social Service Centers in accordance with the Request for Quotations (RFQ) document.

The procurement will be conducted using the Request for Quotations (RFQ) method in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, Fifth Edition, September 2023, and is open to all eligible Suppliers as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

The contract will be awarded to the Supplier offering the lowest evaluated total price, provided that its quotation is substantially responsive to the requirements of the RFQ.

Interested suppliers may obtain further information and inspect the RFQ documents at the address below during office hours (09:00–18:00, Monday–Friday).

The RFQ documents are available in English and Russian. In case of discrepancy, the Russian version shall prevail. The RFQ documents, including the detailed technical specifications of the furniture to be procured, are available at the following link:

Quotations shall remain valid for 45 days from the deadline for submission.

Quotations shall be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked “UZ-INSON-RFQ-2.2.7-8/B” to the address below. Electronic submissions will not be accepted. Late quotations will be rejected.
