Agency: UN Secretariat | Reference: EOIUNSOH24733 | Type: Request for EOI The United Nations Support Office in Haiti (UNSOH) intends to procure Peplink-brand SD-WAN/Multi-WAN network appliances, through a planned Request for Quotation (RFQ), to expand and refresh its existing SD-WAN network. The UNSOH network interconnects its locations in Haiti using Peplink SpeedFusion/PepVPN tunnels and is centrally managed through the Peplink InControl platform. As SpeedFusion/PepVPN bonding, tunnelling and failover operate only between Peplink devices, the requirement is brand-specific to Peplink; Peplink is an endorsed UN ICT standard (Case No. 2022-040-ARB). The indicative requirement comprises: (a) two (2) Peplink Balance 1350 EC units for the headquarters/central SD-WAN hub, to operate as a high-availability pair; (b) ten (10) Peplink Balance 580X units for large remote locations; and (c) five (5) Peplink Balance 310X units for small and medium remote locations. All equipment must be new and genuine, supplied with a minimum one (1) year manufacturer warranty and with all software, licences, power supplies/cables and accessories required for rack installation and operation. Delivery will be to Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Quantities are indicative; full technical specifications, delivery terms and commercial conditions will be set out in the solicitation documents. Specific Requirements/Information Interested vendors should demonstrate the capacity and experience necessary to supply genuine Peplink equipment to Haiti. The planned solicitation will include detailed technical, commercial and contractual requirements.• Authorized Peplink partner/reseller status, evidenced by a valid letter of authorization from Peplink or its authorized distributor, with the ability to supply new, genuine equipment through official Peplink channels with full manufacturer warranty coverage.• Proven experience supplying enterprise networking or SD-WAN equipment of similar type and scale, preferably to UN agencies or other international organizations, with at least three (3) references for similar supply contracts completed within the last three (3) years.• Capacity to deliver to Port-au-Prince, Haiti, including arranging export, shipping and all required documentation.• Ability to provide warranty support during the warranty period, including RMA/replacement handling and access to Peplink technical support.• Ability to supply the correct regional cellular modem variant of the Balance 310X for operation in Haiti.• Valid company registration and authorization to conduct business in the vendor's country of registration.
