Scope of WorkThe selected consulting firm will undertake a comprehensive market scoping study to assess the sustainable and nature-based tourism MSME ecosystem in Uganda.
The assignment will involve mapping and profiling tourism-related MSMEs across the value chain, analysing their financing needs, business development service (BDS) requirements, and levels of digital adoption. The firm will conduct both demand-side and supply-side assessments to identify market opportunities, constraints, emerging trends, and gaps affecting the growth and competitiveness of tourism MSMEs.
