Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die Lieferung von Videokamerasystemen einschließlich Zubehör für das Ressort Mobilität der Stadtwerke München GmbH. Im Rahmen des Betriebs und der Weiterentwicklung der videobasierten Sicherheits- und Überwachungssysteme im Münchner ÖPNV werden die bestehenden Kameras sukzessive erneuert und auf den aktuellen Stand der Technik gebracht. Derzeit sind rund 2.000 Kameras in Verkehrsbauwerken wie U-Bahnhöfen und Betriebshöfen im Einsatz.
